| Tuolumne County’s District 5 will soon have a new representative on the Board of Supervisors for the first time in 16 years. Longtime Supervisor Dick Pland announced last year that he will not seek re-election to the board, and five men are vying for the seat: Mick Macomber, Jim O’Neil, Karl Rodefer, Domenic Torchia and Jason Frye. |
