Longtime CEO is out at Temecula Valley bank (San Diego Union-Tribune)
Temecula Valley Bancorp has parted ways with longtime chief executive, president and chairman Stephen Wacknitz. In a filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the bank's board of directors said the “employment understanding was terminated” between Wacknitz and the bank, which has $1.5 billion in assets.
