Louisiana sex offender caught at Joplin bus stop
A convicted Louisiana sex offender was arrested Tuesday at Joplin’s Greyhound bus station, according to the U.S. Marshals Service and Joplin police. William Oser, 33, of Broussard, La., was arrested without incident about 3:15 p.m. by the Joplin Police Department and U.S. marshals based in Springfield, said Joplin police Cpl. Chuck Niess.
