| JOHNSTOWN - The city may or may not do a full revaluation of city properties this year, Mayor Sarah J. Slingerland said today. The Common Council budgeted $30,000 for this year for that purpose, but the mayor said city officials may wait to see whether the depressed national economy or the cooling local housing market change.
