Milford-based CenterBank says Peoples Community Bank employees will keep their jobs and Peoples' customers won't be affected by its acquisition of most of the troubled West Chester savings and loan.
Peoples Community Bank, which has struggled for months under the weight of millions of dollars in loan losses, said it is selling itself to another southwest Ohio bank.
