| Police: Man drives intoxicated with 6 year old in car |
| A Winchester man was arrested Saturday by Richmond police for reportedly being drunk in a vehicle with a 6-year-old passenger. Charles K. Turner, 47, is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and alcohol intoxication. The police report refers to the child as a “relative” of Turner’s. |

| City hires Cain as finance director |
| The Richmond City Commission on Tuesday approved the hiring of Madison County native Sharon Cain as city finance director. She replaces Mike Broyles, finance director for the past 10 years who is now chief financial officer for Richmond Utilities. |
