The 500-member Coalition for a Democratic Workplace (CDW) today released a letter it delivered to Capitol Hill late yesterday. In the letter, CDW urged members of the Senate and House "to oppose all efforts to pass any provision included in the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA H.R. 800/S. 1041 in the 110th Congress)."

Senior Women's Golf League celebrates end of Golf Season (Reno Gazette-Journal)
SWGL has just ended their 4th season. This league was formed 5 years ago by a group of over 50 women golfers. To be a member you must be 50 years or older and an amateur golfer. The first year we hoped to get 50 to 75 members. Much to our surprise, we had a first year membership of 187.
