| There's an opportunity to buy some land at auction next month. The New York State Department of Transportation is selling six parcels of land. The former Stoneridge Animal Hospital on the corner of Ridge and Fetzner Roads is just one of the six properties for sale at auction. |

| Foreclosures scare off trick-or-treaters (Detroit News) |
| On past Halloweens, 4-year-old Lauren Fleming has trick-or-treated in her Roseville neighborhood with the little girl who lives next door. She won't be doing that this year. That's because the neighbors had their home foreclosed on. So did the other family next door. And the ones at the end of the street. |
