| Manager, 17 others indicted in IHOP raids |
| The U.S. Attorney's Office announced Wednesday 18 people have been indicted in connection with the September raids at seven IHOP restaurants, including Lima's. Charges included money laundering, identity theft, alien harboring, wire fraud, mail fraud and arson. |
