The Mirror Pond Gallery on the Deschutes River in downtown Bend may have to close after Arts Central, which operates the gallery, learned it is not exempt from paying property taxes.The gallery has occupied the historic Goodwillie-Allen-Rademacher House overlooking Mirror Pond since 1994, but Arts Central, which is a nonprofit organization, has not paid property taxes in that time.
