While other area teens are savoring the last weekend of the summer at the pool or the park, 16-year-old Tony Vittone of Unity Township will be reliving history at the 15th annual Pennsylvania Arts & Crafts Colonial Festival at Westmoreland Fairgrounds.
The housing stimulus legislation passed by Congress and signed by President Bush is expected to boost substantially the number of borrowers whose loans are insured by the Federal Housing Administration.
