Virginia Heritage Bank Announces Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2011
Virginia Heritage Bank , reported net income after taxes of $1.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2011, compared to $832 thousand for the same period in 2010. The increase in net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 was due to the $1.3 million increase in net interest income representing strong balance sheet growth.
