Peoples Bank has hired Rick Parchem as a real-estate loan officer at the bank's home-loan center in Mill Creek Town Center. Parchem has more than 25 years of financial and lending expertise. The longtime Washington resident earned a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington.
Hank Jacky and Max Jones have joined Kirtley-Cole Associates as project managers. Jacky has 16 years of construction industry experience, is LEED-accredited and was previously with CDK Construction and Foushee & Associates.
