Potlatch to spin off Clearwater Paper on Dec. 16 (INO News)

(AP:SPOKANE, Wash.) Potlatch Corp. said Monday that its board has given final approval to spin off Clearwater Paper Corp., its pulp-based businesses, through a special tax-free dividend of Clearwater's common stock.
