A Texas real estate investment group has purchased the 505-space parking structure at 601 W. Wells St. and a surface parking lot at 723 N. Sixth St. in downtown Milwaukee for an estimated $4.8 million from CPC Realty LLC, a subsidiary of Central Parking Corp., Nashville, Tenn.
