KALISPELL - Chas Cartwright went to work as Glacier National Park's new superintendent at a blistering pace, booking full daily schedules and fitting some hefty hikes into his free time.
Back in March, staff and volunteers of the Lutheran Center packed up the house in the medical corridor they had rented for years as a place away from home for patients and families.
NANCY VOSS , 75, is a retired kindergarten teacher from Denton. She is a veteran of the Caroline County Democratic State Central Committee and has attended six conventions as a volunteer. This will be her first convention as a delegate. Voss is pledged to Clinton.
Cartwright said his schedule mainly has involved getting to know people who know Glacier well. “I’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the people who work here, and visiting with people out in the park,” said Cartwright during an interview this week.
